Attic storage solution 3 comes with a wooden folding attic stairs, 6 M² (60 sq ft) of attic flooring. The attic access hatch is enlarged and an attic light is installed. There are optional extras available with this product.
Fitted price from €990. Attic storage solution pack 3 comes with the extra style and charm of a folding wooden attic stairs with an insulated trapdoor. It has a respectable U-value of 1.6 W/m² K. The trapdoor is airtight. A safety handrail can be placed on either side. The steps are flat with grooves for extra foot grip. The door is spring assisted making it light and easy to fold away into the attic. Also supplied and fitted is 60 sq ft of flooring, approximately 6 M². An industrial battery operated sensor light is fitted with this product.

The attic opening is increased in size to 1.3 metres long. The opening is 55 cm wide making it comfortable to fit larger items through the opening aperture. Available optional extras with this product include. A new relocated attic opening. Extra attic flooring. A bespoke rail around three sides of the attic aperture, made on site. A small Velux roof window 55x 98 cm can be installed. The maximum floor to ceiling height is 2.8 metres. This package is ideal if you are planning to use your attic space on a daily or weekly basis.
