This attic stairs will fit from floor to floor max 3 .38 Metres or 11′ 1” inch for longer ladders please see the Star 5 which fits up to 12 ft floor to floor 3.65 Metres. The price quoted is for this product fitted into existing openings large enough to facilitate it, the minimum opening size is 89 cm x 58 cm in width. For new openings of openings that need to be enlarged please contact us. Step Width 300 mm dept 100 mm, non slip threads, safety hand rail, spring assisted for easy operation.
